Citrus And Herb Roasted Halibut Recipe

A Flavorful recipe for citrus and herb roasted halibut. This is a family favorite recipe.
1 Tablespoon butter, melted
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
½ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
Lemon pepper, to taste
1 lemon, peeled and wedged
Preheat oven to 375˚F.
Grease a baking dish.
Combine butter and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Mix dill, parsley, salt, flour and pepper on a plate.
Dip fish in butter and lemon then in the flour mixture.
Arrange on baking dish with lemons.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning half way through baking.
For a crispier texture place under broiler for the last few minutes of cooking.
