Chocolate Avocado Smoothie Recipe

This chocolate avocado smoothie recipe is sweetened with raw honey and has some delicious and fun flavors.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
2 Tbsp pure honey unpasteurized
1 banana
1 ripe avocado
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lime juice (optional)
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
(Serves 1)

Directions

Using a blender mix all the ingredients together.

Blend for about 1 minute, adding more almond milk if it is too thick, and more honey if you like to sweeten things up.

Note if have clear glasses, and are going for the look in the image blend the entire mixture without the cacao powder first, and set aside 1/3 of the mixture.

Add the cacao powder the the remaining mixture and blend.

Alternative the chocolate and the pure layer in the glass.
