Chicken Bites Recipe
This chicken bite recipe is for lightly coated pieces of chicken that are then baked in the oven. They are easy to prepare and you can adjust the seasonings to suit your family.
2 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned, cut into bite size pieces
1 Tablespoon olive oil + oil to grease the pan
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup all purpose flour
Makes 2 servings
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease the sheet with olive oil.
Cut the chicken into nice bite sized pieces and place them into a shallow dish.
Drizzle on the olive oil and then toss to coat all the chicken pieces.
Next, sprinkle on the paprika and garlic powder and toss so all the pieces have some seasoning on them. You can always use more if needed.
Place the flour onto a plate.
Dip each chicken bite into the flour so it has a nice light coating and place onto the prepared baking sheet.
Spread the chicken pieces out so they have space between them.
Place into the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Turn all the pieces over and cook for another 4 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the outside is crispy and golden brown.
Serve with you favorite dipping sauces.
