Baked Pork Chops Recipe
Use this baked pork chop recipe alongside any type of baked potato dish. Very juicy and delicious.
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 Tablespoon all purpose flour
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon thyme flakes
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 cup water
1 1/2 lbs pork chops, cut about 1 1/4-inch thick
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a baking dish large enough to hold the pork chops without stacking.
In a small bowl, combine mustard, flour, sugar and salt and thyme.
Add in the vinegar, ketchup and water and mix thoroughly.
Pour this baking sauce over the pork chops in a baking dish.
Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
